LowResoCamera Demo Now Supports Retro Filters Too
We’ve added a new retro filter button to the main screen of the LowResoCamera Demo app. The Demo build doesn’t have a Settings screen at all, but since retro filters are such a strong selling point, we’ve made an exception and let you try them straight from the main screen.
The bottom button row now shows a filter button right after C1 and C2. Tap it to open a dialog where you can choose from Early Digicam, Feature Phone, Toy Camera, Instant Film, or Monochrome Film. The button’s label always shows the currently selected filter name, so you can see at a glance which one is active.

Here’s a shot taken with the “Early Digicam” filter. Muted saturation combined with block noise and a faint color cast gives it the nostalgic feel of an early digital camera.
Size, color count, and palette are still locked to 256px / 32 colors / Median Cut / Windows 16-color palette as before, but the Demo build now lets you freely switch between retro filters. If you like what you see, the Production version unlocks full customization — including size and palette — for the complete experience.
