LowResoEditor Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets forth the policy regarding the acquisition and use of user information in the Android application “LowResoEditor”, provided by aoumiusi (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “the Developer”).

1. Information Acquired and Method of Acquisition

Information We Directly Collect

This App does not directly acquire any personally identifiable information of users (such as name, address, phone number, or email address).

The information this App accesses is as follows:

All user image data accessed by this App is processed and stored exclusively within the user’s device and is not transmitted externally, including to the Developer.

This App does not use any advertising or analytics services. The only external communication is with Google Play for in-app purchase processing.

2. Purpose of Information Use

The information this App accesses is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To load images selected by the user and display them for editing.
  • To perform image processing as configured by the user: resolution reduction, color reduction (median cut or fixed palette), and monochrome conversion.
  • To save the processed image to the designated folder on the user’s device (Pictures/LowResoEditor).
  • To share processed images with other apps at the user’s explicit request.

3. External Data Transmission

This App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or crash reporting services. User image data is never transmitted externally.

The only external communication is with Google Play servers for in-app purchase processing:

  • Service Provider: Google LLC (Google Play)
  • Purpose: Verifying and completing the Pro version unlock purchase, and checking prior purchase status on app launch
  • Data involved: Purchase token and product ID (pro_unlock), managed entirely by Google Play. The App does not directly access your Google account or payment information.

All image processing is performed entirely on the user’s device.

4. Data Retention

Image Data: Stored on your device only. We do not retain any image data.

App Settings: Settings (resolution, color reduction method, etc.) are saved locally on your device using the Android SharedPreferences API and are never transmitted externally.

5. Your Rights

Since this App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data held by the Developer to access, correct, or delete. You can remove all App data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data via your device settings.

6. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+): Required to access images from the device gallery.
  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below): Required to access images from the device gallery.
  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below): Required to save processed images to the gallery.

Internet access is used implicitly by the Google Play Billing Library for purchase processing. The App does NOT request permissions for:

  • Camera
  • Location
  • Microphone
  • Contacts
  • Any other sensitive information

7. Children’s Privacy

This App does not collect any personal information from users of any age. It is safe for use by children.

8. Security

Since this App does not transmit any data externally, all user data remains on the device at all times. Image processing is performed locally, and no user data is stored on any server.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. 取得する情報および取得方法

当社が直接取得する情報

本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど、個人を特定できる情報を直接取得しません。

本アプリが取得したすべての画像データは、ユーザーのデバイス内でのみ処理および保存され、開発者を含む外部に送信されることは一切ありません。

本アプリは、広告・アナリティクスサービスを一切使用していません。 外部との通信はアプリ内課金処理のための Google Play との通信のみです。

2. 情報の利用目的

本アプリがアクセスする情報は、以下の目的のみに使用されます：

  • ユーザーが選択した画像を読み込み、編集用に表示すること。
  • ユーザーが設定した内容に基づき、画像処理（解像度削減、色数削減（メディアンカットまたは固定パレット）、モノクロ変換）を実行すること。
  • 処理した画像をデバイスの指定フォルダ（Pictures/LowResoEditor）に保存すること。
  • ユーザーの明示的な操作に基づき、処理した画像を他のアプリと共有すること。

3. 外部送信について（改正電気通信事業法対応）

本アプリは広告SDK、アナリティクスフレームワーク、クラッシュレポートサービスを含みません。ユーザーの画像データが外部に送信されることは一切ありません。

外部との通信はアプリ内課金処理のみです：

  • サービス提供者: Google LLC（Google Play）
  • 目的: Pro版アンロック購入の確認・完了、およびアプリ起動時の購入状態確認
  • 送信されるデータ: 購入トークンおよびプロダクトID（pro_unlock）。これらは Google Play によって管理されます。本アプリはお客様のGoogleアカウントや支払い情報に直接アクセスしません。

5. お客様の権利

本アプリは個人データの収集・送信を行わないため、開発者が保持する個人データは存在しません。アプリのアンインストール、またはデバイスの設定からアプリデータを消去することで、いつでもすべてのデータを削除できます。

6. 権限

本アプリは以下の権限を要求します：
